What are Child Development Accounts?
Child Development Accounts (CDAs) are long-term investment accounts that begin at birth. CDAs are intended to help fund post-secondary education opportunities, including trade & vocational programs, community colleges, and universities.
Beyond financial benefits, research also shows that CDAs have positive impacts on families’ beliefs and behaviors, including educational aspirations, financial capability, and child and parent well-being.
